Our Policy
Read this before placing an order.
1. The magazines are made-to-order which means that once the pre-order time has ended, we place "your" order with our printing partners. We would not be able to cancel it after that.
2. Write your correct address with "House/Apartment no. Street/Block/Phase no, Area and City" in that order. Please check your receipt that is emailed to you after you place your order. If there is some mistake, please email us immediately at penpaperandmeorg@gmail.com. We will not be responsible if anything's wrongly told to us after the parcel has been shipped.
3. All the accessories are brand new but we are only retailers. We would not be responsible for any discoloration or blackness and the item cannot be returned for that purpose. If after opening the packet something is found broken, please DM us on instagram with the picture within 12 hours of delivery. We will let you know what could be done then.
4. The shipping is free only for one time. If the parcel is returned to us because of your unavailability, we would automatically send it back to you. But the second time, the shipping charges Rs. 200 will be applicable.
